Windows version and Enemy size adjustment

The downloadable windows version of the game have been included! So right now the game is available on two platforms, PC and Web.

I've adjusted the size of the asteroids and it's speed to balance the game a little bit.

Also the last bullet ended the game instantly, don't allowing to count up the score of the last shoot. This has been corrected.
